Saying which is which at the top of the page saves people a fortnight of writing to the wrong place, which is the most common support failure here.

This is the seller's order desk. It can see your order, move a delivery, change an address and start a refund. Have the order ID from your confirmation email in front of you before you call; it is the first thing you will be asked for and everything else depends on it.

Two addresses for two purposes. Returns go to the returns address and nowhere else, with your full name, email and order ID inside the box. A returns parcel sent to the office is a parcel nobody is expecting.
