13 per cent sit at three stars or below. Read that alongside the one complaint the distributor summarises, which is about speed rather than about the product being wrong: a slow start, and wanting more in week one. Wanting more in week one and seeing nothing in month three are very different complaints, and the summary the distributor publishes is entirely the first kind.
