Refund PolicyMemoHoney Refund Policy: Every Step, and Both of the Clocks Involved
Sixty days from the date of purchase, on orders placed through this counter. A claim starts on the telephone with the order ID. Return postage is the buyer's cost. Once a parcel is received, expect 3 to 5 business days for the credit to be processed and a further 5 to 10 days for it to reach the card.
Two clocks run on a refund and they are frequently confused. One is the window you have to claim in. The other is how long the money takes to come back afterwards.
The MemoHoney refund window, and how it is counted
The window is 60 days and it runs from the date of purchase. Not from dispatch and not from delivery. Purchase comes first in that sequence, so counting from purchase is the shorter and more conservative reading, and it is the one used on every page of this site.
The seller's own terms also ask for at least 30 days of use before a claim is raised. Add a week of transit to thirty days of use and a claim becomes reasonable around day thirty-seven, leaving roughly three weeks of the window. That is the real arithmetic, and it is why a first purchase belongs on the two- or three-bottle rung rather than on six.
How to make a MemoHoney refund claim
- Call the order desk. +1 (302) 200-3480, with the order ID from your confirmation email in front of you. The website mailbox reaches an editor and cannot start a refund.
- Ask for the return authorisation. Get the authorisation and the address to send to before posting anything. A parcel that arrives unannounced is a parcel that cannot be matched.
- Put the paperwork inside the box. Full name, email address and order ID on a sheet of paper with the bottles. This is the step that releases the money and it is the step people skip.
- Post it, tracked, to 270 Park Avenue, Floor 12, New York, NY 10017, USA. Return postage is the buyer's cost. A tracked service costs a few dollars and settles any argument about whether it arrived.
- Wait out both clocks. 3 to 5 business days to process the credit once received, then 5 to 10 days for it to appear on your card. Those are separate and both are normal.
The five digital downloads that come with the larger packs are yours either way. They cannot be returned, nobody will ask you to delete them, and they have no bearing on the refund in either direction.

- Any outcome. A money-back window is a promise about money and nothing else
One practical note that saves people time. If the reason for the claim is that a parcel arrived damaged or never arrived at all, say so on the call: that is a different conversation from a change of mind and it does not run through the same steps. Photographs taken before anything is unpacked make it a short conversation.
