A morning is the total divided by the capsule count, rounded to the cent. Shipping is excluded because it is charged on one rung and free on the other two.

The per-morning column sells the six-pack and the right-hand column should give anybody pause. Sixty days is sixty capsules. On the six-bottle rung, four of the six months sit outside any refund, which is a reasonable trade for somebody who has already run two bottles and knows the habit sticks, and a poor one for somebody deciding this evening.
